This restaurant is no doubt one of the tastiest place in the neighborhood. Always when I go there I am extremely happy. They manage their very high level service and the topmost level of cooking they give. You are always happy with this restaurant. Warmly recommended.

Their molcajete is amazing and my kids just love their horchata! Their burritos are HUGE as well!

Amazing Mexican food for a great price! The service is really good too :)I tried the super California burrito with shrimp and it was fantastic! My husband went with the margarita burrito and he really liked it (I didn’t get to try so I guess he must’ve!)

They recently had a new cook start and their food has gotten so much better. You have to try their super fajita burrito it is delicious 😋

This place is awesome! I went here with my family and the food was so good! Best fajitas I've ever had! I also tried some of my husband's super California burrito and that tasted amazing as well. Super impressed.

We came to this spot for dinner. This place was recommended to us by a friend. Well, it was very nice. the crew were so friendly and we had a great feeling. The meal was fresh and delicious. We had a great time and we will definitely return to this restaurant. Highly recommended.

They have expanded since the last time I went in, there is now much more seating to be able to have a sit-down meal which I appreciated. Food was really good and filling. It was busy, but with more seats now, it wasn't so busy that we felt rushed to give our seat up to other people. It was nice being able to go there for dinner with a friend and sit and talk for a while.

Didn't give us any salsa or guac. that we ordered thinking we would get some chips like usual and she even asked us what size salsa and guac? Then when we called they didn't seem to care. Food was bland, just ok, cilantro heavy "super burrito" and it is much smaller than it use to be. Had better, more flavorful Mex. food in the past there, but Portola's food scene leaves much to be desired and Rico's has unfortunately fallen into that category.

I want to like this place so bad but the food is way overpriced, never tastes fresh and the last few times I've been in there I still have to wait 30 minutes after calling my order in in advance. After waiting 45 minutes the last time I asked for a refund and they only gave me a partial refund! Don't go here!!

The tacos were great but the nachos were a little different.

The service was good. The food was ok. My daughter's burrito was delicious and my son's shrimp tacos looked good too. The bathroom was outside so that was interesting. Nothing spectacular about this place

Usually a really good place dont know if they re-staffed the place after remodel but got a chkn cali burrito tonight and was nothing but cheese sauce and a few fries and like 3 pieces of chkn.

I eat in this spot a lot since I work close by. I have to say the customer service is always awesome and they keep the place well kept at all times. Prices are convenient and they serve large portions.
